It says if you made less than $20000 you dont get a 1099k so does that mean you dont have to file it on your taxes if you made less than that?

No, it does not mean that at all.  You have to report self-employment income even if it is over $400.

Take the numbers from your yearly summary and put them in the appropriate places you have to use the 1099 tax form
