It’s says irs , paymant 2 status not available

2019 tax return l filed turbo l paid too much money  but l didn’t get my payment, l check irs get my payment tool says  2 payment status not available why . I hate turbo please guys help me

The Get My Payment application will return "Payment Status Not Available" if:

• You filed a tax return, but we haven't finished processing your 2019 return 
• You don't usually file a return, and we don’t have enough information to issue you a payment
• You’re not eligible for a payment

We update Get My Payment data once per day, overnight so there’s no need to check more often, please check back for updates.

If you didn’t receive the full payment you’re eligible for, then you may be eligible to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on line 30 of your 2020 tax return Form 1040 or Form 1040-SR.
