It's says if I upgrade I receive 200.00 more but I don't. The only thing I have is interest on home and a little then 300.00 in donation. Do I have to by law upgrade

No, you don't have to buy the upgrade if you are reporting deductions.

If you don't need the upgrade, but have paid for it, call (800) 446-8848 for a refund.
