It's requiring my NEW York State Drivers License to have letters and numbers. I only have 9 numbers

If TurboTax is not accepting your license number due to an alphanumeric characters issue, the remedy is to enter your license number with no dashes (-) or spaces.

If that fails to work, you can skip the license option by scrolling down, but keep in mind skipping might cause delays in your state refund.
