It's post our Kpers retirement account as ordinary income not retirement account why?

Where are you seeing it?  Did you get a 1099R for it?  It is taxed as ordinary income.  There is no special tax for retirement accounts.  It doesn't get capital gains treatment, etc.  It should be on your 1040 on line 5a and 5b.  Is it on the wrong line?
