It’s been over a month since I first reached out for support and I was told to wait for their response- and nothing. I want an email address to contact. How can I email?

I was directly told that calling again would start my case over and I’ve already lost multiple works hours troubleshooting with them. This is incredibly stressful. I want an email address to contact, and I want solutions/answers.

TurboTax support does not have an email address.

Email is not a way to contact customer support.   There is not an email address to use for that.

@brittelder , perhaps, if you  describe the issue , it may be  possible for one of us volunteers to help -- yes ?
