It’s been a week since I’ve completed my taxes. When will I be able to sign and finish? That’s where it’s not letting me access.

I was having an issue where it wouldn't transmit because it said there was an update available.   It wouldn't rest, even though I would toggle the updates.

 

I finally closed TurboTax, did a disk cleanup and restarted my computer.  Then, when I opened TurboTax, it did the normal check for updates before taking me to the saved files.  I was then able to transmit my Federal return without any issues.  Hope this helps.
