Where is it asking you about covid relief on a 2024 tax return?   The only question I can think of would be the one about whether you took money out of a retirement account like an IRA or 401k during covid---which has nothing at all to do with stimulus checks.

It’s asking if I ever got disaster relief in 2021 it asked me last year and I can’t remember if I ever did in 2021 bc I was a dependent at the time 

Say NO.    That is about taking money out of a retirement account.   Nothing whatsoever to do with stimulus money.
