It's asking for the "disallowed wash sale amount" from a particular stock. On my 1099-B, it shows up as "0.07". But it only lets me enter whole numbers

I'm being prompted to check an entry on my 1099-B. However, TurboTax is not accepting the value listed on my document.

A disallowed wash sale amount of less than 50 cents gets rounded down to zero, so there is no wash sale. You can't correct the problem in Smart Check. You have to go back to where the sale was entered under Investment Income > Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other. Edit the sale and delete the wash sale loss amount. That will eliminate the error.

Thanks! That did it! Really, this is a bug in TurboTax and they should transfer it to the return from the worksheet as Zero.
