It doesn't let me select a country when filing. What can I do

@MonikaK1 oh thank god. So you mean when e-filing with a foreign address problem right? I am trying to file with a foreign address and when I got to the filing part it doesnt let me to select country to choose and click "confirm payment" . And when do you think it will be solved?

There are a couple different errors in this area of selecting a country. It shows up in the a couple different areas that are not working. You can sign up for updates with the link in this FAQ.

So now it makes me choose only united states as country in the filing section. Is this going to be fixed? If yes when will it be? thank you.

If you have entered your Foreign Address in the Personal Info section, you need to enter a US address (related to a US bank/credit card) in the FILE section, for billing/refund purposes.

 

Choose US and enter the US Address associated with the account you wish to use for Billing or Refund (direct deposit).

 

If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and return to the FILE section.
