It didn't ask me how I'm filing like married filing separate

You enter that information in My Info.  Go back to My Info and click your name and go back through all the screens in My Info.   It will ask you whether you were married, etc.

This question is first answered on the Personal Information Summary, go to that page and if it has the wrong filing status, click Edit and change to the correct one.
