It can't be sent through by a text instead of email?

I'm having signal problems trying to get the 6 digit code but I'm having trouble receiving my email.Why can't the code be sent through a text.Because other codes that y'all have sent were through text

It sounds like you are having some trouble with receiving your verification code from TurboTax.

 

You should receive a verification code in five minutes or less. You’ll need to verify your email address before you can file your taxes.

I didn’t get my code

  1. Check the email address on the Next, let's verify your email screen.
  2. If your email is right, check your spam or junk folders. in case the email accidentally got sorted incorrectly by your email provider.
  3. If your email isn’t there, there may be a delay with your email provider. Contact them to find out what to do to remove the delay.
