Form IT-213 is available now. Since you are using TurboTax Online, your account will automatically update. The form should be ready for you to use now.

I have the same error. Have deleted cookies, tried different browsers. Spent hours on the phone with TurboTax support. No resolution. And here I sit unable to e-file my NY return. About to demand a refund.

It may take longer for one form or another to show up in TurboTax for multiple reasons. Our goal is to provide you with the most accurate information possible. As part of this process, we communicate often with the taxing agencies.
