Issue with Capital Loss Carryover and AMT fields during TurboTax Review

While reviewing my 2023 tax return in TurboTax, I'm encountering prompts for information that appears inapplicable to my situation:

  • Capital Loss Carryover Worksheet (Black Arrows above): I don't have a Capital Loss Carryover Worksheet from 2022 return. I think the reason is, I don't have any Capital Loss from 2021 that was carry over. Should I leave these fields blank, or is there another value I should enter?

  • AMT Fields (Red rectangle fields): TurboTax is asking for values from Schedule D for AMT of my 2021 return. But I don't have any Schedule D for AMT form. I only have Schedule D.  What should I input in these fields?

I've noticed many users reporting similar issues on TurboTax forums and Reddit without any clear solutions provided. Given the approaching tax deadline, it would be greatly appreciated if TurboTax experts could investigate and provide guidance on this issue promptly.

The selection of yes, impacted by inaccurate conversion creates the fields. If you only have one sch D, there is no AMT. It is the second sch D that holds the values for AMT. See Why did I get a schedule D for AMT? - TurboTax Support - Intuit

Without the sch D for AMT form, there are no values to enter. Can you change the yes to no? Otherwise, answers for nonexistent forms are the same as the regular sch D.
