Sign off the account and close the TurboTax window.

Clear cache on your web browser and try again - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/01/26135

Sign onto your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

You don't download PDFs.

You generate your PDF by going to the Print Center and using the Print Command.

Then save the PDF to wherever you want it on your computer.

I literally just got off my shift as Tech Support for a Hospital.  I know about clearing browser history/cache.  I finally got this to work on my iPhone via the App.  It wouldn't open in my Safari on my iPhone prior to getting the App.

I was using Chrome on my Windows 10 Dell desktop and the PDF downloaded without an issue.

 

You could have also tried Print Center -

 

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

 

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
