Is turbotax set up to include an IRS IP Pin in both the printed & e-file returns? Where/when in turbotax do I enter the IP Pin?

Yes.  There is a check box during the File interview to indicate you need to add an IP PIN, but it seems to be hard to find for some people.  The other place to find the IP PIN entry is under "Other tax situations."
