Is TurboTax not calculating right now (4/4/2022, evening Phoenix, Arizona)?

I have filed my taxes but I am working on another person's return.  When I logged in, we completed her 2020/21/22 Coronavirus 8915-F (under 1099-R) but TurboTax did not change her amount owed at the top left part of the screen.  Furthermore, the 1099-R section still says 'Needs Review'.  Is TurboTax not calculating at the moment?

Yes this form should be properly calculating.  This form was just recently finalized by the IRS and TurboTax has programmed into the system.  However, there are still a few glitched.  

 

Please provide details about the errors your are experiencing so that we may assist in resolving or working around.

Yes there does seem to be a glitch.  I have entered my 8915-F information on the screen after the 1099R screen and TurboTax is still not recalculating my amount owed.
