TurboTax will not be sending the government stimulus payment. The checks will be issued to the account related to your most recently filed 2018 or 2019 return. If you have not filed your 2019 return when the checks are sent, then your 2018 tax return information will be used. If you would like to set up direct deposit information before you file your 2019 return you will be able to do so soon. The IRS is going to be setting up a portal for this purpose.
