Is turbo tax scamming? Why did I have access to sign up and pay for a service you guys can’t promise to pull through on?(i.e. 5 day early tax return)

It’s like you guys don’t communicate with the irs

If you are referring to the delay that impacts some taxpayers under The Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act (PATH Act) , that is something that the IRS alone has control over.

If you paid for the 5 days early service, you will receive it. ‌If your federal refund is deposited into your selected bank account less than 5 days before the IRS refund settlement date (the date it would have arrived if sent from the IRS directly), then you will not pay the 5 days early fee.

Here's some more information on the 5 days early option: Your refund 5 days early, guaranteed
