Is Turbo Deluxe Federal 2019 version no longer importing transactions from brokerage firms into schedule D. Is this correct?

no. it still imports. however, the brokerage must be a TT partner and the forms will not be ready for import  until late January maybe even February.  it depends on what activity went on in your account.

Desktop CD/Download Deluxe - Yes

Online web browser version Deluxe - No.  Online you need Premier or Self Employed version.
