No it is not a legitimate re-seller of TurboTax software. Any deeply discounted prices you see on websites that you have never heard of sell pirated software that will more than likely have virus or malware included. And they get your credit card number to use after they steal your personal information.
Only use known websites to purchase TurboTax software, such as Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Staples, Office Max, etc.
