Is this info correct...?

I am getting mixed info from TurboTax... If I am taking the mileage deduction for my rideshare business, can I add all of the following to my expenses? (Please answer "yes" or "no, not _________________, _________________" etc.) : garage rental fees, new tires for the car, water bottles for riders, cell phone service, electric vehicle charging costs (it's an electric car), vehicle and rideshare insurance, car washes, and windshield repair. (These are all the costs/receipts that I have associated with the rideshare business.) Thank you - I appreciate you.

If you are claiming the standard mileage deduction, then you cannot claim new tires, windshield repair, or EV charging costs ('fuel').

If the vehicle is used for both business and personal purposes, then you will have a percent of business use based on the miles driven for each purpose and the total number of miles.  You can claim the business percentage of garage rental fees, vehicle insurance, and car washes.

You can claim the cost of water bottles for your riders and the separate rideshare insurance.  You can claim the business percent of use of your cell phone.  This percentage would not be based on the miles, but the percentage that you use it for business versus personal use.
