This message is referring to the 8915-E being available in the software to divide your 1099R distribution over 3 years if it is a qualifying COVID distribution.

 

Form 8915-E is currently available in TurboTax.

 

You will need to close your return, update your version of the software and then reload your return and you should be able to complete that section now.  Please update your questions if you are still having difficulty.

How do you update the version of the software?

I spent 3 hours doing this the other day and now I have to redo it all over again.

I deleted the return I was trying to finish and will be using a different Tax company to help me file my taxes.

This experience of having to correct a TurboTax error has been unpleasant.
