Is there Turbo Tax form that itemizes the sources fo income, and the amounts? I need it for SSA and VA review for 2017 and 2018? I see several summaries.

eg. 1099-R for Army, 1099- for distributions. Something I can import into a spreadsheet.

There are worksheets for everything in the PDF however the info you need are from the actual tax reporting forms you used to complete the return. Nothing can be imported to a spreadsheet however you can create one if you really need one.
