TurboTax does not have tax offices. TurboTax is a tax preparation software company for preparing do-it-yourself tax returns.
Their headquarters are in Mountain View, California.

I was imformed by many screens to file in order to recieve a stimus check.
@Cer123 If you have taxable income to enter on a tax return you can file a tax return. If you do not have taxable income you can use the non-filer site to get your stimulus check.
https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/non-filers-enter-payment-info-here
The IRS can look at your 2018 or 2019 return to issue a stimulus check. If they do not have a 2018 return then you may be waiting for them to finish processing 2019 before they will be able to use it to issue your stimulus check.
TurboTax has no control over your stimulus check, nor can TT track it for you or tell you when the IRS will issue it. Refer to the sites linked below:

Since you received your state tax refund, the federal tax return has been accepted by the IRS.
It is taking a long time this year to receive federal tax refunds due to the pandemic and the limited staffing at the IRS.
Note - Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.
Contact the IRS and speak with an IRS agent concerning the status of the federal tax refund.
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.

WASHINGTON – The IRS announced today that, as required by law, all legally permitted first and second round of Economic Impact Payments have been issued and the IRS now turns its full attention to the 2021 filing season.
IRS website for the Recovery Rebate Credit - https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/recovery-rebate-credit
If you’re eligible for the credit, and either we didn’t issue you any Economic Impact Payments or we issued less than the full amounts, you must file a 2020 tax return to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit even if you are not required to file a tax return for 2020.
Economic Impact Payments were based on your 2018 or 2019 tax year information. The Recovery Rebate Credit is similar except that the eligibility and the amount are based on 2020 information you include on your 2020 tax return.
You have to complete and File your 2020 federal tax return Recovery Rebate Credit, if eligible
The stimulus questions are asked in the Federal Review section of the TurboTax program. Any payment you were eligible to receive based on the 2020 Federal tax return but did not receive will be entered on the Federal tax return, Form 1040 Line 30 as a tax credit. The credit is included in the federal tax refund or it will reduce the amount of federal taxes owed.
I sure couldn't find any! In fact I couldn't even speak to an actual person! I have finally given up and submitted a complaint with the BBB. I have called several times in 10 days, being lied to, hung up on, and left on hold for hours at a time! I will surely never use Turbo Tax ever again! I will gladly go elsewhere and know that their customer service allows integrations and resolution, unlike Turbo Tax! Disgraceful and appalling in all honesty.
Not ONE professional person I've spoken with, not ONE! They were all horrible and did not care, just wanted me off the phone. Even one of the CPA's who has apparently been doing this type of work for FIVE years. What a wonderful way to operate a business! How CLASSY! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

TurboTax does not have tax offices. TurboTax provides do-it-yourself tax preparation software.
@agent11421 Did you enter ALL of the stimulus money that you had already received correctly in the recovery rebate credit section when you prepared your 2020 return? The IRS cross checks and if you did not enter all of the money you received, they recalculate your refund.
MY REFUND WAS LESS THAN I EXPECTED
There can be a number of reasons why your refund was less than the amount you expected. First of all, look carefully at your actual tax returns. There is sometimes confusion about the amount of refund to expect when users misinterpret the “summary” they saw in TurboTax. The amount of your refund is on your tax return. Federal refund is on line 34 on Form 1040 State tax forms are all different so we cannot tell you what line to look at on your state form. BUT it is important to actually LOOK at your tax return forms yourself and see the amounts of your tax refunds and/or tax due. A lot of confusion would be avoided by doing that.
TurboTax does not receive feedback from the IRS regarding money that was offset from your refund. If you owed back taxes, child support, student loan debt, etc. you will receive a letter of explanation from the IRS in several weeks. The WMR site will contain a message regarding your offset. It is also possible that the IRS caught a mistake you made and reduced your refund.
A possible reason for the reduction could be that the recovery rebate credit was completed incorrectly and you may have entered the amount of stimulus already received wrong, which could have reduced the refund you thought you were seeing.
It is also possible that your state reduced your refund for debts owed in your state—if the state reduced your state refund you will receive a letter from the state.

Be aware also that your Federal refund and state refund do NOT come together. Federal and state tax returns are processed by two completely separate entities. There is no rule as to which one will come first,
Did you choose to have TT fees deducted from your Federal refund? (Remember that if you did that, you also agreed to an extra refund processing fee of $39.99)
