Is there any way to copy and save the final filing to a different file to use for next year estimates?

I believe what you mean is that you want to make a copy of your tax return separate from the one you are working on. You can only do that in the desktop version of TurboTax, where you can use the File menu and then the Save As option to save your tax return under a new name.
