Is there an issue with the Wages section of the desktop software?

I have already entered some W2's but I have another W2 to enter, but when I go to Wages and click on update I get a blank screen and can't enter an new W2.  Any help would be appreciated.

If you are using the TurboTax desktop edition for Windows, try this procedure -

 

Save your tax return and close the TurboTax program

Right click on the TurboTax icon

Click on Properties

Click on the Compatibility tab

Check the box Run this program as an administrator

Click on Apply and OK

Start the TurboTax program again and see if the problem persists

I tried what you suggested and it didn't work.  Thanks for trying to help.  If you have any other suggestions I would appreciate it.
