Is there a way to get past the loop of "your refund info" and progress onward to file my returns? I have tried everything and it is just stuck on that page!

Try these options to fix the issue you are having

 

If you are using TurboTax Online 

• Check ‌your browser's settings. (Clear your Cache and Cookies)
• Check on your internet connection
• Try using a different web browser (this might be your best option)

If you are using TurboTax Desktop

• Make sure the software is updated. 
• If you haven't rebooted your computer, please do
• Check your firewall and antivirus settings. Make sure they aren't blocking any feature of the software. 

** If you are using the phone/tablet app and are having issues with this step, try switching to a computer/laptop. If unable to use a computer, your second-best option will be to switch to a web browser within your phone, and log-in from there instead of the app.
