Is there a way to get around entering a State ID in the online turbotax version for an Alabama Schedule RS?

I am getting an Alabama return rejection with the message "If Schedule RS, Part 3, Column F (StateCode) is equal to 'AL' then Column G (StateID) and Column H (AlabamaWithheld) must be populated." I have multiple 1099-Rs without a StateID value (blank).
My 1099-Rs for these same accounts from last year didn't have StateID values populated either and I didn't have this problem filing with turbotax last year.

Many things have been corrected in the latest updates to TurboTax. Are you still experiencing this problem? If your 1099-R's do not have a State Id, or any withholdings, I would delete the State Code (AL) and re-transmit.

Make sure you have ran all updates.
