Is there a way to enter my information manually for my 1099-R forms? I don't remember all those passwords, and don't have the capability to scan/upload the forms.

Go to Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement.  Then scroll down to I'll Type it in Myself.

Click the "Personal Income" tab, then "I'll chose what I work on."  Scroll down to "Retirement Plans and Social Security," where you can enter your 1099-R data.  Hope this helps.
