Is there a way to disconnect my bank with my old account wo a purchase? I have a diff paid account that won’t let me link bank bc it’s tied to this old one, help me?

I’m starting to lose my mind, I wanted a simple way to organize my purchases so I can send to my accountant but this has taken me 3 hours to get help, I could have half my work done by now if I did it manually. No one can help, I get pushed back and forth and the one time I get an agent, he said he couldn’t help and gave me a link to another bot! I have you money on my new account and I’m done! I want my money back and I’m tired of wasting hours of my life trying to get a simple problem taken care of. I want to cancel my old account.. period but it keeps saying that it doesn’t need to be canceled because it runs in the background and nothing is stored. When I try doing it manually I’m forced to file my taxes first or buy a membership again. Now it’s pushing 3.5 hours, if no one responds with a solution i reporting my charges to the bank. I have plenty of proof I’ve tried working with you.

Just to clarify, are you trying to prepare your taxes with Turbo Tax? Or are you referring to Intuit Mint account?
