is there a way to add my pay history statement of my USHealth Group insurance since 1095 form is not being issued by my employer?

since the kind of health insurance i have called USHealth Group under my employer, Russo's New York Pizzeria can't issue me the 1095 form because its a private insurance company but instead only offered me the payment history of last year's that the insurance company emailed me. Is there a way to enter that information?

If you do not have health insurance from the marketplace then you will not have a 1095A and do not enter anything about your payment history for health insurance.   When it asks if you have a 1095A say NO to that question.  You do not have to enter payment history for any other kind of health insurance.
