Yes----the 1040V is the one to use for your 2021 federal tax owed. If you have any that say 1040ES those are optional to use to for paying estimated quarterly payments for 2022 tax . If you are going to mail in your 2021 tax due make sure you use the 1040
V

@summer20lp There is a federal 1040V. Look through your printed papers for it. It will print with the address for the Internal Revenue Service that you need to send it to.
Thank you greatly for responding! Unfortunately, Turbo Tax/Intuit is zero help! When printing my documents, I ONLY get the 1040-V for State. Even when checking the box for Federal it does not download a voucher. It's the 1040-ES vouchers for next year. I have checked every possible place and nowhere does a voucher for Federal print. The rep who is working from home likely sat on the phone pretending to click around looking for something as opposed to simply saying we can email you the information so she couldn't find it either obviously. Very frustrating to say the least.

The Form 1040-ES are for paying federal estimated taxes in 2022.
Did you compare the Form 1040-V that you have with your tax return to the IRS Form 1040-V on the IRS link I posted?
