Is there a phone number to contact the IRS division that processes injured spouse claims? sitting on hold for 2+ hours and being transferred to different departments

There is no special number for that, as far as I know. Another user posted recently that the IRS told her that there was  a backlog of these claims, and to allow an additional 30 days beyond the normal 8-14 weeks processing time.
