Is there a list of the major changes to Form 1040 resulting from changes to the tax laws?

There are no longer deductions for the standard exemption, line 42 on 1040, based on number of dependents. Any other that will dramatically affect tax liability?

Should have been announced when one begins a return - would have reduced confusion.
