Is there a doc on turbo turbo tax, that shows proof of income?

I need a document that reflects what I have made/filed for the year.

To prove income for student loan requests, send a copy of your tax return, whether it's a 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ.  If you send only this, they will often comeback and ask for copies of your W-2s, so you may save time by just including copies of any W-2s along with the return.  Make sure you sign the return copy before you send it, at the bottom of the 1st or 2nd page, or they will return it asking for a signed copy.

Your W2 would show what you earned from your employer.    Who/what is asking for proof of income?

Fedloan. They asked if I can show proof that I made under 32000. To help pay off my student loan.

You'd want to send them a copy of the tax return to show total income.  or ask them exactly what they require as "proof".

So would I send the federal and state document?

The Federal 1040 (EZ or A, whichever you used) return should be sufficient.

My daughter has done this for years so I know all the reasons that can prolong these loan decisions
