Some banks and brokerages offer discounts...IF...if you log in to TTX thru a link on the Bank/Brokerage website.
So if your bank/brokerage offers one, you would log out of TTX, then go to the Bank/brokerage and log into TTX thru whatever link they offer. That link would attach a cookie (you wouldn't see it) that gives you the discount.
BUT...if you have some software fees, it is FAR....FAR safer to just pay your software fees with a Credit/Debit card. Doing it that way does not delay your refund...nor lose track any of whatever might be left if you try to have the fees deducted form your Federal Refund.
.......Of course, even the discount may not be enough.
