Is there a credit for COVID-19 being a Natural Disaster?

Multiple people have informed me there is a $3,000 credit for COVID-19 affecting us as a Natural Disaster, is this true?

COVID-19 has not been classified as a natural disaster.  That is just another social media rumor.

It is not considered a natural disaster. Please see this LINK for what is considered to be a natural disaster in 2020.

BTW, the help link within TurboTax (desktop, Deluxe, Windows) says something different.  The help directs you to https://www.fema.gov/disasters and instructs you to search with the filter "Major Disaster Declaration".  One filter by state and locale.  For mine, Texas, COVID-19 shows up:

Texas COVID-19 PANDEMIC (DR-4485-TX)
Incident Period: January 20, 2020 and continuing
Major Disaster Declaration declared on March 25, 2020
