Is the service having a hiccup currently? I'm unable to advance from "Other Tax Situations" to "Federal Review" -- cursor is endlessly spinning.

There are certain features of Turbo Tax that I don't like. However, it is a software program and the easiest way to correct any glich is to restart it. It often has to do with the "Register' on your own PC. As you're doing your return, you should be periodically saving it, but Turbo will ask you to save it anyway. I ask for the disc so if there's a glich with the download you do not have to do it again.

If you are stuck on a screen in TurboTax and need to complete the information to advance you may need to log out and restart your computer, then log back in, or try another browser. You may also need to clear your cache and cookies.
