Is the free EV charger installed in my garage considered taxable income?
Chevrolet hires an installer to place an EV charger in your garage at no cost to the purchaser of a Bolt EV. Value of $2,000 to $3,000 or more, depending on building permits needed and other variables. Is this taxable?

I would say no since the cost is probably built into the price of the vehicle.
