IS something wrong with web pages regarding subscription? I don't need this Advantage subscription anymore, already have chosen local tax preparer.

I followed your page links to manage my subscription online, it is not showing any buttons to click to change my subscription. I was hoping to do it online, not by phone because I can not hear. I sent several feedbacks on this. Need form sent to my email

You can sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to Remove Product.  Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.

If you missed the cancelation deadline for this year's TurboTax product, simply wait until you receive your CD or download, then submit an online refund request within 60 days of receiving your product.
