Is Schedule E available in TurboTax 2017 as it has been in ALL past years>

Yes, Schedule E is available in all the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions.

Go to this TurboTax website for the desktop CD/Download editions and scroll down below any of the editions and click on View Forms - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
