Is repayment limit for the excess APTC at $2700 even though my income is over 400% poverty level, incorrect according to IRS form 8962 instructions?

Thanks, I was able to signup for notification when the issue gets resolved. I have not received notification yet, however when I got into TT last night 2/2/22 I noticed the calculation was now correct. I was able to then submit my tax return and it was accepted by the IRS.

No, it's not correct. It's a bug in the TurboTax software. TurboTax is aware of the problem and they are working on it. As of now there is no date for when it will be fixed.

Thanks for the confirmation that it is a bug. It is frustrating since it needs to be fixed before I can submit my federal and state tax returns. Unfortunately there is no way to fix the form by myself. It would be nice to know a timeline for a fix from turbo tax online since this bug has been identified almost 2 weeks ago already.
