Is my NYC-202 filed electronically if I'm filing electronically, or do I need to also mail a paper copy? If applicable, how do I print the form?

No if you are filing your NY state return electronically then your NYC -202 return will also be included and you will not have to also file a paper copy of the NYC-202 by mail.

So if you entered the Unincorporated Business Conducted in New York Tax information in TurboTax, it will create the NYC-202 and file it with your New York state tax return.

Turbo Tax told me I had to file it by mail.  Is this post outdated?  Also, the form didn't populate completely.  Is there something that can be done about this?

According to the TurboTax Forms Availability Tool, Form NYC-202 is supported for printing but not for e-filing. You can print and mail the form to New York.

According to the NYC Instructions for the form, it can be filed as follows:

WHERE TO FILE

Returns with remittances:

NYC Department of Finance

Box 3900 Church Street Station

New York, NY 10008-3900

Returns claiming refunds:

NYC Department of Finance

Box 1117 Wall Street Station New York, NY 10268-1117

All others:

NYC Department of Finance Box 1130 Wall Street Station New York, NY 10268-1130
