No, however, you can use the Refund Processing Service as an option for paying your TurboTax fee by deducting it from your federal tax refund. Is it possible to extend my payment date. Due to this virus pandemic? 

The due date for the IRS was just extended to July 15th, 2020 due to Covid-19.  This applies to the due date for filing your return and any payments due.  Please see the attached for more information on updated due date.
