Is it possible to file using my samsung galaxy s10 plus phone with turbo tax? i dont have a computer?

You can use online TurboTax with any device that has internet access.   You cannot use the CD/download on a phone or any other mobile device.  The Cd/download can only be used on a full PC or Mac.

Here are the Online System Requirements.  Check the last section for mobile/other.  You need Android 7 or higher and Chromium browser.

There is a Turbotax app for both iOS and Droid.  It acts as a portal to Turbotax Online, so your account will also be accessible from any computer with a web browser (library, work, etc.)
