Not at that price. I've reported it for followup. No one legitimate is going to be selling for 70% off list, that's way below even wholesale, and all the legit resellers are businesses like Amazon, Staples, Office Max, Best Buy, etc. Ive never seen a legit seller that offers only tax software (how do they make money the other 9 months of the year?)
Unfortunately, no official list of resellers gets published, but I would put money on them not being legit.
