Is free quickbooks usage an offer for people who file with turbo tax?

There was on offer to use free Quickbooks if you used TurboTax Self-Employed

Live.  That offer was good up to October 15, 2020 for a 2019 tax return.  We do not know yet --- but they will probably offer the same thing for a 2020 return when that software is released.  2020 software will not be available until mid to late November.

Has this offer been extended? To be honest, the only reason why I switched from Turbo Self Employed Desktop SW to Online was to get the Online Quickbooks which I think is great. If this offer will not be extended I will simply switch back to the desktop SW as I think the Self Employed TT Online is far too cumbersome.
