Is Form OR-LTD required in Oregon for 2020?

Yes. Form LTD, Lane County Mass Transit District Self-Employment Tax is available in TurboTax.

To get the form:

• Go to the Oregon section in TurboTax Online
• Keep going until you see A few things before we wrap up your state taxes
• Scroll down to Other forms
• Start Additional Forms (Forms TM and LTD, ARTS, Form SP)
• On Additional Forms select TriMet and Lane County Self-Employment Tax (Forms TM and LTD)

Residents of Lane County Mass Transit District pay a flat county income tax of 0.01% on earned income, in addition to the Oregon income tax and the Federal income tax.

Nonresidents who work in Lane County Mass Transit District also pay a local income tax of 0.01%, the same as the local income tax paid by residents.
