TurboTax state software for Michigan will prepare Michigan city returns for Albion, Battle Creek, Big Rapids, Detroit, Flint, Grant Rapids, Grayling, Hamtramck, Highland Park, Ionia, Jackson, Lansing, Lapeer, Muskegon, Muskegon Heights, Pontiac, Portland, Saginaw, Springfield, and Walker.
TurboTax (TT) does not automatically prepare a city return, you
must initiate it. At the screen, in the MI program, titled
"A few things before we wrap up your state taxes"
